We at METROPOLE have designed our Discount Programs to match the size and washing habits of YOUR family.
LaundryMAX:
• Design for Single Professionals and small families.
• Every Wednesday we offer special pricing for our single customers and those with small households by offering Wash-Dry-Fold Service for Personal Clothing items at a discount rate of P30.00 per kilo
• For Comforters, Beddings and other household items regular prices apply.
• Minimum service fee of P150.00 applies
• Advance Payment is required
LAUNDRYMAX Family PLUS:
• Family Plus is designed to extended discounts as the size of your family grows.
• The procedure is simple. We invite families to gather all personal clothing items for laundering and send as a group. No need to separate Whites and Coloreds. No need to separate adult items from children's items. Simply put the items in a bag and send them to us for Wash-Dry-Fold service. By combining your laundry items
The more you send the bigger the discount:
• Family Plus discount is available 7days a week.
• Comforters, Beddings and other household items can not be included in the Family Plus program. Regular prices apply.
• Some Branches may have variation in Family Plus program rates because of various factors affecting the service cost.
• Advance Payment is required
LaundREWARD Program:
• The LaundREWARD program recognizes the continued patronage of customers whether they are singles or families.
•On top of the LaundryMAX and Family Plus discounts METROPOLE provides additional discounts through the LaundREWARD Program. Every 30.00 kilos availed entities the customer to 2 Kilos Free Wash-Dry-Fold service on the next service of at least 5 Kilos. See Program mechanics below for more details.
•But LaundREWARD is more than just a discount program. By registering as a LaundREWARD customer you become a part of the METROPOLE family and receive
the following:
a. Free 5Kilos Wash-Dry-Fold Service on their Birthdays.
b. Advance Information via Email and SMS on special promotions.
c Invitation to exclusive METROPOLE activities like plays, movies, concerts and special events
d. Access to exclusive METROPOLE merchandise.
• Complete Program Mechanics: LAUNDREWARD MECHANICS
1. Every Thirty (30) LAUNDREWARD Points accumulated will entitle the customer to a choice of either2 Kilos FREE on the succeeding service of at least 5 Kilos or a specially priced promotion item available at the time the points is accumulated.
2. Included in the LAUNDREWARD Program are:
a. Services under Wash-Dry-Fold per Kilo
b. Services under "Family Plus"
c Comforters & Household Items individually weighing a maximum of 3Kilos.
3. Every Kilo availed under Wash-Dry-Fold will be equivalent to one(1) LAUNDREWARD Point
4. Points will be recorded based on their Equivalent in Kilos, No Rounding-Off applies except for Wash-Dry-Fold service below the minimum of4.28Kilos which will be recorded 4.28Points because of the Minimum Charge applied.
5. The corresponding points will be considered fully earned Upon FULL PAYMENT of the service fee.
6. The LAUNDREWARD Card must be presented to the attending personnel each time a customer avails of the services included in the program.
7. Failure of the customer to present the LAUNDREWARD Card upon payment of the Service Fee, will automatically forfeit the corresponding equivalent points.
8. The bearer of the card shall be considered the rightful owner of the points. It is the customer's responsibility to safeguard the LAUNDREWARD Card and under no circumstance will METROPOLE, Inc be held liable to replace the corresponding points for lost or missing LAUNDREWARD Cards.
9. The LAUNDREWARD Card must be surrendered to the Sponsor Branch once the 30Points have been accumulated to avail of the 2Kilos Free Laundry Service or the specially priced promotion item.
10. The 2Kilos Free Service may be availed only One Time. The customer may avail of the free service even if it is below the 2Kilos Free, however, this shall forfeit the unused portion of the REWARD.
11. Customer may choose not to avail of the 2Kilos Free and instead accumulate another 30 Points to increase the Free Service. Customer may avail of the accumulated Free Service, regardless of the Total Kilos accumulated, at a single time. However, the same principle of a minimum of P105.00 for each service will be observed.
12. The METROPOLE SPONSOR BRANCH is the specific Branch that issued the card to the customer and shall also be the only branch where the FREE Kilos may be availed.
13. To participate in the Program, a customer must possess a LAUNDREWARD Card. The Card will be given for free by the Sponsor Branch once: a. Customer avails of Laundry Service under Wash-Dry-Fold. b. The customer has completed and submitted the necessary Customer Information Sheet
14. METROPOLE, Inc. reserves the right to re-assess, adjust or cancel the mechanics of this program as a result of extraordianry inflation or deflation exceeding 15% of the currency stipulated as promulgated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.

Bring 20 kilos and Above and the Service Cost is Php28.00 per Kilo or equivalent to 20% savings
Bring 15 to 19 kilos and the Service Cost is Php30.00 per Kilo or equivalent to 14% savings
Bring 10 to 14 kilos and the Service Cost is Php32.00 per Kilo or equivalent to 9% savings
